Description

Aminocaproic acid solution is used for:
- surgical interventions on parenchymal organs and organs rich in fibrinolysis activators (heart, blood vessels in ears, nose and throat);
- internal diseases with haemorrhagic syndrome;
- premature detachment of the placenta, abortion complications.

It has anti-allergic properties, improves antitoxic function of the liver.

At the risk of development or developed bleeding in patients with fibrinogen metabolism disorders (hyperfibrinolysis, hypo- and afibrinogenemia), the solution inhibits fibrinolysis activation by streptokinase, urokinase and tissue kinases, neutralizes effects of kallikrein, trypsin and hyaluronidase, reduces permeability of capillaries.
