Talent Development Director

Nataliia started her professional career at YURiA-PHARM in 2008, working her way up from coach to Deputy Talent Development Director. Natalia was responsible for implementing a grade-based remuneration framework, which resulted in qualitative changes that increased the maturity level of management processes whilst enhancing payroll management and the company's EVP.

Since 2023, she has held the position of Talent Development Director. The Directorate is currently working to create an environment that will foster engagement and performance across large teams and provide opportunities for the continuous development of talent.

Education: Rivne State Humanities University, degree in History and Psychology. Certified HR specialist, coach and appraisal expert.
